KNOW OUR PROCESS

IMMERSION TO COAGULANT

At this stage of the process, the molds immerse themselves in a tank with electrolytes, which adhere to the surface and create a film about the mold. These electrolytes destabilize the latex when coming into contact with the mold, thus facilitating the uniform formation of the latex layer around it. In addition, the coagulant contains surfactants, moisturizers and demolding agents that optimize the adhesion and detachment of the final product.

IMMERSION
IN LATEX

In this operation, the molds immerse themselves in a tank with pigmented latex.

The latex adheres to the surface of the mold forming a film.

ROMING STATION

The latex dries quickly while cylindrical brushes in rotation mold and form the balloon nozzle, ensuring a precise and uniform finish.

MAIN DRYING OVEN

Once the nozzle is formed, the molds with the raw globe enter the drying oven, where the latex completes their vulcanization process and the film dries completely, guaranteeing resistance and elasticity.

GLOB UNMOLD

In this station the machine unmold the globe so that the bare mold can continue with the cleaning process and in turn the globe proceeds with the finishing process.

PACKED

In the packaging station, the balloons are accurately packed using high accuracy measurement instruments to ensure that each package contains the exact number of units.

PRINTING

The printing machine inflates each balloon and applies designs by means of silk or flexographic techniques, allowing to capture advertising messages, images or logos with high precision and quality.
